At Ristretto, we believe that working in a mobile environment shouldn’t prevent us from providing coffee of the very highest quality. To maintain our exacting standards, we engage in a rigorous testing and blending process to develop our signature blends.
Ristretto’s in-house coffee roastery is Alchemy. Based in Wimbledon, it supplies the finest beans, roasted specifically for your event.
Ethically sourced
Alchemy source the finest coffees by developing direct relationships with the growers when possible and utilising years of roasting and tasting experience from the Alchemy team.
Specialty coffee
We’ve always roasted 100% Arabica, but more than that, we import and roast seasonal varietals and microlots to offer you the best coffee each year.
Custom roasted
Alchemy roast for your event so we can brew your coffee at optimal freshness, just a few days from the roast date, ensuring maximum freshness and taste.
The knowledge
We encourage clients to visit our roastery to participate in tastings. We offer a training programme for people interested in further developing their skills and interests in coffee.
