Ristretto is run and managed by husband and wife team Joseph and Anne O’Hara.

Joseph O’Hara,
Managing Director

After completing an honours degree in Bachelor of Engineering, Joe spent a number of years working as an engineer in the oil and gas sector in both training and design/construction roles around the world – including Australia, the UK, Norway and the US.  Joe left to set up Daily Grind Trading Company in 2003, which became Ristretto in 2008.

Anne O’Hara,
Marketing Director

After completing a Bachelor degree in Japanese language, Anne worked in a number of sectors including the private, university and charity sectors before moving to the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) dispensing best practice advice to businesses.

Wanting to set up their own company, Joe and Anne left their positions to set up a coffee company that would fill a much-needed niche, providing truly world-class coffee in a mobile environment.
